Nothing happened everytime I Run the MobileEX.exe - GSM-Forum

Please help me how to run the MobileEX..I already installed available updates with the software needed..But nothing happened if I double click the exe file..

I also installed the needed driver..it seems very strange to my PC..I also inspect for the conflict driver in my system But it seems nothing as well..

I am a first time user of this tool..I also read all the necessary procedure to run the software

Your system may be infected with virus. Refresh your operating system and Install again and rum software. Software takes a little time in startup wait for...

what OS you Use? it should run in XP SPx.

my COmputer system is Cleaned I make it sure that my files are not infected by any virus..

is there any conflict to the other tool?thanks for your response

I am using winxp sp3..this is the only tool that I ever experienced with this kind of problem..Considering I have more than 10 gadgets with smart card protection which is more sensitive compare to this one (mxkey)

brother complete uninstall mx suite and delete mx folder from c drive restart your system and install again then check if run ok if not format your c drive (but make sure that you save your all back ups on other place) and reinstall the operating system (os) and first of all install anti virus and update then scan your system then first of all install mx key suit and enjoy the power full tool

I have done all necessary settings just to RUN the software..except for re-installing my OS..

I have to avoid that way because of many files needed in my PC..is there any suggestion? I have also installed the latest version which is 3.2 rev 5.6..I dont see any error with my PC at this point in time

Finally you are my hero ...But adding to the trusted zone did not affect for me..I just uninstalled the kaspersky antivirus and installed it again..then added it to trusted zone while the mxkey.exe is open..

THANKS FOR YOUR IMPORTANT TIPS

so KASPERSKY is the reason why interrupting mxkey to open..

make it sure in reinstalltion that youneed to disable proactive defense especially if you are using Kaspersky 7..then add to trusted zone..thats all thank you for those who replied
