I am Facing these Problems.....
I am Using PCI USB Card And Also On Bord Computer Usb Ports....
Any One Hv Solution Please....

Using device: J.A.F, FW ver: 01.B2
Library version: 1.0.0.12027, Date: 06-02-2010
ASIC ID: 0x2292 [UPPCosto ver: 1.3]
SecondaryBoot: u3_2nd.fia [DCT4] version: 4.76.0 revision: 0.7 size: 0x9A8
Supported Ids: 3040, 2292, 2293, 3162, 3166, 3168
Error flash config request!

and Also This Problem

Using device: J.A.F, FW ver: 01.B2
Library version: 1.0.0.12027, Date: 06-02-2010
Device IO error: Access is denied (code: 5)
BOX Error : 0000, please reconnect the box and try again!
Error opening !
Boot error: 00 00 00 00
TX line remains low !
- Repeat the procedure. Sometimes it is a matter of temporary communication problem or similar.
- Check that all used cable are solid without any visible damage and have good contact. If possible, try with other cables.
- On rare occasions phone might be damaged or dead. So, if possible, try with another phone.

Please Help..........
