Please,help this problem of security dongle not detected!

Hello,
Can anyone give me a solution to this problem?
I have been struggling to install this MX Key, whenever I try to open the Suite, the message "SECURITY DONGLE NOT DETECTED" appears.
Which drivers should I install? I have tried to install the Dongle with the drivers from Mobile Ex Folder, but still the problem exists.
Please, help is needed.

test it on second pc

This error because of one of this reasons:

1. wrong driver installed
2. dongle hardware damaged

- i can be sure about this if tell me mxkey serial number and what color have your dongle

Thanks for the rseponse.
First, the colour of the dongle is exactly as the one in your picture, ie, yellow and black,
Since,since the dongle cannot be detected by software, I cannot read the serial Number;
Third, initially,in the device Manager window,the dongle was detected as USB TOKEN DEVICE, but yesterday as I tried and struggled with the drivers from the MobileEX folder, the dongle is now detected in the device Mager window as:USB FT SCR 2000 DEVICE;
Third,if drivers are properly and correctly installed and dongle working alright, HOW SHOULD IT BE DETECTED IN THE DEVICE MANAGER WINDOW?
Fourth, for this dongle,whenever I plug it into my Vista 32 Bit Laptop, the Computer will just crash.
Right now,I am trying it on Windows XP,service pack 3.
Please, help is needed.
