bro,uninstall mobile ex,and make backup of data folder after that delete all folder of mobile ex from c drive ,after that instal mobile v3.4 ex(rev1.2),in this suit no need to select loader manually,

i hope ur problem will be solved.

if not solve than check ur usb cabel by which u r connecting interface,and also chek ur bus cable.

cable is good and it's i-pmart red cable maybe something strange problem.

thanks for the update! but any better reason why after buying ATF, should use it as an interface with mxkey? why not use ATF with its software and do the job!
well this policy doesn't work! tommorow due to new phones maybe MXkey supports only FPS-8 as interface! so should we buy FPS-8 for that? well this being a cheap dongle so as to use different interfae, should be updated to support some old or cheap interfaces! just a suggestion.....
