Hti team please answer me

hi mxkey team and hti team

can u please any one tell me why this email comes to me i dont want any refund why team is requesting me for apply refund,
please let me know

thanks

As a security measure and because of unpleasant, unplanned and unexpected action done by PayPal to my account in past days, I'd like to refund your payment.
But I can not do this since PayPal has applied a reserve for this funds in my account.

You are not the only one, there are more then 100 buyers from the past 30 days like you and this take a lot of effort and time from our team. Please contact my PayPal manager at this email: [email protected] or risk department at: [email protected] and they will be able to refund you from the reserve placed on your funds.

If this not helps, to get your money back faster, I advice you to open PayPal claim with reason Non-receipt as fast as possible since you got only 45 days since this transaction took place to make this action.

Be aware that your HTI credits related to this transaction, what was already added to your HTI ONLINE SERVICES account at the time of this transaction, are no more available starting now.
If you had other credits in your account, this HTI credits are available, we deducted only the credits related to this transaction.

Example:
Your account had 20 HTI credits, you purchased 100 HTI credits with this transaction what was added to your account instant and your credits become 120.
In the mean time you used 15 HTI credits and your balance become 105 HTI credits.
We deducted now from your balance 100 credits for this transaction and your new available credits are 5.

This is just a general example and if is not feet the reality in your account is because this email was conceived to be sent to more then 100 customers.

I am sorry if in any way I affected your business with this action but PayPal didn't give me any other option.
You are welcome to purchase HTI credits with any of this options present in your HTI ONLINE SERVICES:
- over 200 HTI resellers and distributors worldwide
- online payment systems like WebMoney WebMoney - Smart Online Payment Solution, Skrill (Moneybookers) https://www.moneybookers.com/app/ will be added soon
- direct credit card payment will be added soon
- bitcoins
