not full factory setting and no Local Mode

bro save rpl then reset npc data and check
and it maybe hardware problem.

apply some heat on combo ic and power ic ur set will 1000 % on i have tested in 5-7 sets

5130 is sl3 phone .... reset rpl is kill yourselves.
you want to dead with his 5130 friend.

rpl can be restored if u back up first, nobody has to die here :D

maybe he means by resetting npc,the phone can show local mode ;)
