Bro for getting better result you should post scan logs and try this :

1- Repair SD
2-Repair SL
3- Do PM Auth

If not solved please Post Scan logs.

dear brp i think u didn't see my logs completly above, and its not repairing SL data so i m trying to repair simlock data.

I have a better answer for you.Last year i bought a mobile from Penta Group,PC,computer,laptop,LCD,TV,LED,camera,iphone, ipad,Antivirus and it has a good service center name TechExpert, All IT Supports for Home and Business i don't face this kind of problem but i hope that they can solve your problem.

Bro I saw your logs but it is SL updating logs not Scan log , in order to know phone Security status you should post scan logs because sometimes when SD is damaged SL can not be updated so first try to repair SD than Update SL

if still not succeed take only NPC backup fully erase the phone and reflash and restore your NPC and than try to repair SD and SL .

HARD WAY:

- backup rpl: select RAP.
- erase flash: get addr > select all, un mark safe erase.
- reflash with needed firmware version, write RAP RPL backup on first step.
- BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > Simlock > Repair SImlock > click Repair SpLock
- BB5 > Service > PM > Press Repair SD, follow on screen message

Bro when all common method fails you can solve by this Method :

1_ Take backup of your RPL (only NPC)

2_Take RPL and PM backup from a working N73

3_ Write RPL and PM of Working phone to your phone without any modification

4_it will damage IMEI don't worry now write its own RPL (only NPC)

Problem will solve.
