when i open MX key get following error

unexpected error: Access violation at address 00500CF8 in module 'mobileEx.exe'. Read of address 00000000

next time please use searching first .
add exclusion in your antivirus or uninstall first

try this uninstall then install again sir...

i`am solved with trick.

or....install again your windows sir....

plz uninstall ur antivirus then uninstall mobile-ex and drivers.and again install mobile-ex suite and drivers.ur problem solved 100%
