PLZ MANOLE can you check: iPhone status unlocked but it is still locked !!!

Hello !

i am facing a problem with 2 iPhones that i have submitted by HTI Mis tool, nothing to complain about the processing time as they got threw really fast (2 days),the only problem that i do have is when i connect them to iTunes and make a restore, i get this message: Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carier may be used to activate iPhone !!!!!

both phones are still locked and i told my custemors that they will be ready in 5 days, now i do not know what to tell them . can you plz assist here.
