problem with HTI and installing on your computer please help

delete C:\mobileEx, install again 3.5rev1.3

exclude mxkey. from anti virus, or disable your anti virus

I ALREADY INSTALL A FRESH COPY 3.5ver1.3. BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM
