Problem with mx logger - GSM-Forum

hello mates and supporter,

im trying to use mx logger its my first time to avail this function

when i enter my username and password its always giving me wrong user name and password..

what do i have to enter coz what i remember in my user name was bobs then password which given or sent to my email add i already reset my password and try to log in but same error...

or do i have fill in username my email add then password which was reset?

please explain coz im already confused i need to use this mx logger for rpl service.

Please note, that this account is can be used only via MX Service Suite, not the MX Logger
