problem restoring phonebook


I read phonebook from 1 phone. then tryed to restore the phonebook to another phone... same model. but I got only half of the original contacts..

anyone knows why is this happening?

are you sure your backup process and backup file are ok?
try to repeat the backup process.

I did it 3 times! there are 35 contacts, the backup files has 35 contacts, but after restore file to phone got only 10 contacts. weird.

you can also try another way, read pm > write pm.
this is the setting.



btw, what phone?
backup all important data first before you play with pm. (rpl, pm, etc) just in case...
