hi i install mx-key new isntaller 3.4 rev 1.3 and i want to sign application bt always give me error

socket error : (10013) permission denied...

wt is the problem with my mx key some day before i install new version on my laptop and sign application there there succssfully sign application but here on my pc always giving error...

thanx mate its working my anti virus firwal make problem now all going ok ... thanx again.
