problem unlocking nokia 6120 - GSM-Forum

Using Mxkey,

what is the procedure to unlock the Nokia 6120?

I have a screenshot and I am not sure what to press.

In the picture I pressed Identify SL and I got the red text message.

Where do I start? I have checked other threads to get an idea and it's not helping.

use fbus cable in unlocking the unit........

What is fbus? I have a CK-017 NK Flasher 5500... is this an fbus?

I have orginally connected the phone with Nokia DKE-2 USB.

From your above Image, you're almost on the way to Kill the Phone,
Means without knowledge on IMEI Tab.

Bro.
Newbie must learn to Flash & Reset first,

2 Way Operation, Brief Description:
1- USB: Service Cable for Phone to PC Connectivity.
2- FBus: Service Cable for Phone to HTI Box Connectivity.

Have to Select 1 of the above Service & select proper Interface to work with it.

Search Sticky & Normal Threads more instructions for successfully jobs done for various operations.
