Wink To product manager, I have a proble


I regesterd my mx key first time succesfully, with my username and pasword. but when i chek credits on server then a massage apear on screen, "connecting to server......ok,login.... and not show my credits 1000. please chek screen shot and tell me how chek my credits?




when we register first time the username and pasword same which given for chek credits or different? acctuly unfortunatly i remove my mail where username and pasword save. can mx team send me again mail for confirm username and password? thankx advance

i try with dongle id and without dongle id and pasword but same problem product manager help me and tell me how i solve my problem?.







can mx team send me again mail for confirm username and password?

go on support area and reset password username use as dongal id
