I can't read HASH this Model.When i click read Phone ID,it show : Operation not support" .Please help me.I synch file and this log :

1st step you must update ur mxbox into latest version i guess its 0.08 firmware.

yes true......but X6 and 5800 is not same condition.....

I ever read HASH X6,5800 by Mxbox.But,when i update 3.5 rev1.2 and FW Box 0.17, i can't read!

hi,
reinstall 3.5rev1.2 and do sync (must be).
there are contain fixes for such issue.
