Regarding mx-key username and password - GSM-Forum

Sir,
i had a problem in mx-key registration after registering i had entered username and email-id but i did't get any information to my mail-id.If i need to reinstall that it is showing it is registered and notshowing any register option

check your user email spam box.... or give ur mxkey dongle id here & wait for manhole

sir,
Today i received 1 pc mxkey green from ELKOTEK TELICOM,INDIA. under parcel packet no any one setup CD for driver & main setup mxsuite etc. pls help me how can i use mxkey? i cant download it with ur support site becoz i have not any user password or any upgrade tools.i have ufs and jaf interface. so pls help me and send any working link.thank you.
