uncheck direct unlock

then hit update splock

Goto : Imei & security
Simlock
and just click Direct Unlock then Update SPLock.

hahah, funny i never heard any sets which need upgrading before unlock. Some sets required downgrading before unlock and not upgrading. I wonder why some people try to answer post with false solution and say 100% blah blah blah. This can sometimes make things worst.
