Please report any bugs and problems (or any unusual behavior) here.

PLEASE USE ONLY THE LATEST AVAILABLE UPDATE to make the process easier.

Explain the problem shortly , which should include what operation you were doing and of course what model you were working on.

it is a bug in mx key software...Box is working with jaf software but not working with mx-kry....
Using device: J.A.F, FW ver: 01.B2
Library version: 1.0.0.7687(12-02-2010), 1.0.0.12095(13-02-2010)
ASIC ID: 0x2292 [UPPCosto ver: 1.3]
SecondaryBoot: u3_2nd.fia [DCT4] version: 4.76.0 revision: 0.7 size: 0x9A8

Has anyone found out the solution to this? Am having the same error whenever I try to unlock using a dell desktop computer. On a HP laptop, I can unlock using the same box, same cable. Why?
