Reset User security code in X2 with usb cable - GSM-Forum

Hi i try to flash the phone for reset security code but not work.What can i do for reset the phone??

this proses via usb

1 . select correct mcu file in correct tab
2 . pres bus check
3 . now power the phone and wait for scanning the phone
4 . after scanning the phone you see new service tab near flashing tab
5 . in service tab you easily reset your phone

I did the same with Nokia C3 and many other BB5 fones via USB but always failed. Each time after Mxkey found fone on USB software hanged at "Pooling ADL Device". I left the Mxkey main Window untoched for about 15 mins but fone not found.
The only way is to Flash the fone and if by luck Service tab is enabled after flashing then we can do UI Settings otherwise just NO WAY.
I failed to get the Service tab enabled by MCU file selected and clicking the BUS CHECK and also after flashing.

What is the correct way to work around? Or Am I Doing some mistake? Because many times this Service tab becomes bottle neck for me.

Waiting for some working tip.

Not work for me...can you help me??

bro use fbus cable with new hashes support box like atf or any other because on usb its ask for driver and driver will not detect till security code locked.
