resolve Security Test on 5800 - GSM-Forum

hello all,

I'am a new user in this small and in the same time bix box

,

I have one 5800 security test failed, usualy with other box I get SX4 and after write field 1 and 309, but this not resolve my probleme,

anny help or information pls ?, I use search boutton like all the time but don't find anny think,

sound like after repair SIMLOCK / SUPERDONGLE with UB / MT

can u do PMM Auth / SX-4 with MXkey service ?

security test failed : can be CCC or HWC not sync or empty ( ussualy after erase / modify )
but in this case phone have protected frimware,that make not easly to repair.
try with cross frimware flashing, and repair that.

better put info log here

hoooo, tks for your reply,

I can get SX4 with Mx-Key with out probleme, and write field 1 and 309 like many time with other box, but can't repaire security test,

about write CCC and HWC, normaly I can write it with out probleme why I need cross flash the phone, this is only for write back the field 308, and my field 308 is good,

I have a charging probleme, and after many search I see some peopel can repair this only with flasing, if don't work, I go to hardware probleme,

I write your file and get the SX4 and after this write the field 1 and 309, but security test failed again ?

realy strange, if I erase all and restore my field 308 with cross flash and restole all, this can correct the probleme ?

can u read back . FULL RPL backup and send here

maybe with LOG .

maybe my customer get it back for me, I share the back up of RPL I have with cyclone,

and why you speack about credit, Mxkey have some option with credit ? (sorry for this question because I'am new in Mxkey )

Goto Service TAB > IMEI and Security their u see Simlock Option
Click on it now click SPLock Info to see if all is ok with your SIMLOCk
then Press update Splock ..(make sure init simlock is ticked)
Hope u get it
