security dongle not detected(ANSWERED)

how can i solve this problem "security dongle not detected"
it s about 10days that i am facing this
i cant use mxkey
if someone can help

reinstall the softwares and if the problem exist then check out for drivers properly installed or not and change the port.

Try this one:

1st disable your anti virus. sometimes it anti virus conflict. 2nd erase or back-up your mobilex folder on c. reinstall software, install drivers then restart pc.

hope this will help....

you are facing that problem becuase of drivers conflict...

try to reinstall again and find the correct driver for your mxkey....

I have same problem but, when it shows dongle not detected, click on restart app and software restarts and works ok (HTI)

what are you on? dongle or HTI?

intall 3.5rev1.2 with device still plugged (HTI)

i think that mysmartcard is dead because when i
install it in in the dongle and try to use the soft
it says security dongle not detected

the same thing when i try to use it the mxbox wich
is well set up
mxbox is well installed with drivers
and working well with another smartcard(of a friend)
the dongle is working fine with others smartcard

so i think the smartcard is dead

how to replace it;it is sl3 activeted

just tell us your OLD card serial number, and your NEW card serial number and reseller name.
let's see what we can do for it

man its not dead

you should instal card redear drivers that it


even i have faced same problem ,ofter instaling corcet drivers now orking fine

because hti need two type of drivers,one for hti and other for card reader
