Security test failed on 6680 - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Already I tried to make the following steps to decide the problem :

write pm
repair SD
SD auth - write pm field 1 & 309
recovery cert but appear this error [InternalErrorFault] CERT [] data not available for this phone (case id=0xCE01)

I know that hwc and ccc are empty!

Continue Security test failed! how I go to obtain security test passed?

hello,
use the following method:
- backup rpl (just in case).
- erase eeprom (get addr, untick safe erase, select eeprom only. do erase.
- repair simlock
- repair sd.
- load pm than contain 1+309, super sd auth. write pm when ready.
- full factory.

if still the same,
please do the following test for further analysis:
- do BB5 cert validation (on misc. tab) and paste here.
- do self test and paste here.
