1. Mr. Zuber is doing support mainly for Nokia. Not for iPhone unlock.

2. You submitted same IMEI you got FAILED again, you lost 20 HTI credits first,

the answer will always be FAILED and NO REFUND.

i telll support cancel but support still not
now this phone unlocked but i still lost money
cus i give customer back 3 day ago and just unlocked
at&t instand unlock 3 day but submit on 03.11 until now just completed unlock

now i have one more submit on 04.11 untill now still processing
how can i do with my customer?
in HTI say 5 day now 8 day ago still lock.
i think i may be lost money again
