sign application error MXkey - Help please - GSM-Forum

i have problem with my hti box. it juz happen on 3 dec, recently.
before, it has no problem at all.

i tried to click on "sign application" it nothing happen...

im now out of idea.. plz help...

Plese sir try to install your HTI with other pc and update your box with the sign application if succes copy your "mobileEx.xml" from folder C:\mobileEx\3.5
and paste with the computer you want to use (C:\mobileEx\3.5)

Install latest version of mobileEx WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION!
You are using CROSSED MODULE, obsolete prohibited way and very buggy.

Check you mx box in this list , may be you are black listed

Hi,

Check Time & Date of your PC,

Unistall Mxkey Application & Delete MobileEx Folder manually,

Reinstall Mxkey Application & Sign Application, (Internet is must to sign)

thanks all the suggestion.

problem solved today.

uninstalled all the mxkey program and deleted all the folders

restart my comp, reinstalled and there sign application works perfectly.tq...

need mxkey update setup file, or only mobileEx (xml document) file.

Error box mxkey only have pendrive mxkey hti with defect mias is working normal at the time of update box this giving error some tip ???
