Delete .XML file at mobileEx directory and try to sign the apps again if not work, uninstall apps first and delete manually mobileEx folder. Install again, if you saw .XML when install finished, delete it and sign apps.

Make sure after sign, apps will auto restart.

Sorry, i don't use SP3 Bulgarian too

Then check your XML file.... and maybe your signing not saved in XML so, apps need to re-sign again and again.

my bitdefender always dectect virus in XML file ...... every time need to signe in again and again my counter is going down and down,...........................................

any sulotionssssss

just change internet connection,u might use nokia to conect ur system to internet.check and post log.

I do not have antivirus but can not Sign Application - may be server offline?
