"Sign Application" problem? Do this step:

1. Install mobileEx_DCT4PLUS_v1[1].0_20100411_.exe
2. Sign in application it will restart applicatin automatically
3. Connect interface as usual ufs/ jaf
4. Update nokia unlocker it will restart application auto
5. Again sign in application
6. Click on server login it will show 100 credits and licence false
7. Click on activate access it will show 0 credits and licence true

I think server problem RETRY AGAIN I THINK ALL IS OK NOW
