Sir, my mx-key is activated and i don't know wether this error is from server or not bicos i used today for blackberry and no problem but want to use it for 3110c super dongle i got this error, pls what could be the problem.

here is the log

BRo it seems that you used up all you're free 50 BB5 credits, you need to buy new bb5 dredits.

regards for the reply is the server fault i have fixed the phone i'm already activated so don't need to buy any credit.
