SL3 Contact Service not repaired with rpl

Hi all,
I have these 2 pcs nokia 5130c and 7210c contact service (simlock test failed).
I bought rpl and wrote to phone, but it didnt work.

Is there a way to do this with mx-key or somehow else ?

after read that post, maybe you can check it here regarding how to rebuild your certificate for 7210c SL2 Phones http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...39#post4868339

but for 5130, sorry mate...
if you have damaged PM308 section then,
rebuild certificate for Simlock data and simlock key data not supported by anykind of tools that available right now
