Sl3 LBF not working - GSM-Forum

I have 500 credits when sign in it shows ok but when i try to upload hash file it gives error, you have not enough credit, you credit is 1.20 top up you credit.

I was bought yesterday 500 credits and it shows 500 credits .
what is the wrong?

I uploaded a job for LBF yesterday and still pending. its been more then 24hrs. 80 credits unlock offer is for two weeks and if server unlock two phone in two weeks that is not fair. I bought credit for 80 offer. usually I get code 2- 12 hrs and pay £6.50 over the ****. I am paying you more then **** service to get fast code but it is sick. can you cancel job and credits and refund me my a full payment $65. no need credits

I asking again refund, cancel job, also return credits and refund me full amount $65. I don't need this sl3 service.

You was very not lucky. Your HASH was not assigned to be calculated because
some internal server bug and we was not able to identify this at proper time.

At the end you was fully refunded for this and you didn't lost any money.
Sad is that may be you lost a customer because of this. Sorry.
