sl3 unlock help need

can any one guide me correct what i need to fix for sl3 unlock
my system confiq follows. ya most important avaliblity in indian market items.

processor- intel(r) core (tm) i7 cpu 950 @ 3.07ghz 3.06 ghz
ram - 4.00gb
mother board- gigabyte x58a-ud7
ati radeon HD 5570 GRAPIC CARD 2GB
1 TB HARD DISK

NOW pls guide me what i need to fix with this machine.

ram - 4.00gb IRRELEVANT WASTED MONEY, mine system use only 300-400mb
mother board- gigabyte x58a-ud7 MB is Ok if you go for crossfire
ati radeon HD 5570 GRAPHIC CARD 2GB THROW IN GARBAGE and buy ATI Radeon™ 5850 if you want to wait up to 10 days or 5870 or HD 5970 the best choice
1 TB HARD DISK IRRELEVANT WASTED MONEY even 160gb is to much
NOW pls guide me what i need to fix with this machine.

just change VGA card with some what I prefer
