I can not unlock a sl3 and i have credit 470

UnauthorizedFault
Error processing your request (case id:0xBB01).your balance is not enough to upload more job your balance is 1 and you've 1 jobs pending or inprogress top up your balance.

The problem was solved, but the server is very slow, after 6 hours and has not yet been generated code, bad service.

Yes, after more then 3 months with no problem, first time we face a problem
on assign codes and you start telling is bad service.

I just see server got a problem on assign codes since yesterday.
I am assign now all codes manually. You just need patience for 1-2 hours,
there are more then 200 jobs to be assigned.

What is your IMEI ?

i know it means server overload but many time i need to return phone back to *******r, i refuse 3 phones today
