I read a post on one of the Gsm forum that SL3 Unlocking is done that also without any server support .. Check the details Here and suggest that is it true.

Bcz he mention there is no need of
internet connection
means it is his self based
programme
and he want something reward for his work

and his Information is always truth and perfect
so plz wait

you are true , i also bleave that his words should be based on truth .. i also know that he is man of his words and is a famous part of gsm.
