If your sets is
Nokia-2220s-rm-590
Then
Yes you can with Mx-key

It is DCT4
Also You can unlock with HWK for Free

yes You Can Unlock this In Mx-key But if your Set imei start from 01 so hardware modification Must and u also unlock bb5 sl1/sl2/sl3 with mx-key.

it is dct4.. you can use hwk to reset sim lock ... it will be OK .....
it is fast and free.
