Member: 946569 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 326 | =Solution= Mx-Key Software and Antivirus Problem! here how to make mobilEX directory as exclusions; Kaspersky: 1. Click on Kaspersky settings located top right of the window. 2. Click on Protection in the left hand pane 3. Click on Trusted Zone button in the General section 4. Click on the Exclusion masks tab 5. Click the Add button 6. Click on the Specify link 7. Click on the Browse button to locate the file or directory you wish to exclude 8. If your directory contains folders you wish to exclude click on Include subfolders and click OK 9. Click on the checking task selected link to switch task to any NODE32( ESET) 1. Locate the nod32 icon on the Taskbar 2. Left click on the nod32 icon located on the Taskbar 3. Click on Setup option on the left side. . 4. Go down to the bottom of the nod32 window and toggle to "advanced mode".5. Go to "edit exclusions' and click "add". 6. In the Browse for Folder window, locate the mobilEx.exe (default location is: C:\mobileEx\3.2) choose the file and then press ok 7. In the “setup” you will see the file chosen, then press OK br |
