Suddenly Dongle not recognised by System - Please Help - GSM-Forum

I have been using the Orange Colored MX-Key dongle for some time now. However, for the past couple of days it seemed to have off and on validation problems and now the system no longer detects the dongle even though it is plugged in the USB port - Can anyone please guide me.

This is what suddenly happens when I am working on the phones:
