Is the phone working properly, maybe the UEM is not working properly, strange, never faced this kind of problem before.

dear friend there is nothing wrong with the software & with the RPL of the handset your phone is a ASIC 11 base phone, in this kind of phone it is not possible to take full RPL backup thats y it say this, but why to worry all DCT4 RPL are free Njoy!

i am not a hradware guy but, i think UEM is the CPU for DCT4 phone, like RAP for BB5 phones.
