Support are not opening - GSM-Forum

Dear friends day before yesterday i made NEW THREAD regarding support server and i got replies from VIJENDERSIANI and MANOLE and end was my thread with these complements from manole that -:

WHAT A WORLD WHAT USER WHAT CAN I SAY ELSE

Ok i accept these COMPLEMENTS from RESPECTED MASTER MANOLE bcz i have learned a lot of things from him ,but my qhestion is still there that
WHENEVER I TRY TO CLICK SUPPORT AREA , A NOTEPAD BECOMES OPEN INSPITE TO OPEN SUPPORT and i just want to know where i am doing mistake remember before that i have downloaded a lot of NOKIA FILES from there and since last two days i having this problem and totaly unable to access support area .

Anybody can guide me why a NOTEPAD becomes open inspite to open SUPPORT PAGES ?

This thread i made just to clear my problem but not to irritate MASTER MANOLE , hope to understand everyone.

here i again paste attache screen shoot and remember when i click SUPPORT tab , this notepad becomes open automaticaly inspite to access FILE PAGES as early it was.

Do you know how to make a movie of all operation and post this movie ?

Just install the opera and make a default browser,then post here result.
One more thing we are here for help other people not to make any contraversy.

Thanks for you reply, i am trying to make movie of all this operation and as i will get success , will upload here just to know what is the cause behind it.

Thanks alot br i just install opera and know enable to access server ,one thing with very request i deeply consider MANOLE as my master bcz he is realy a GIANT GUY of GSM FIELD and i would never like to irritate him unnecessary however if anything goes wrong during my last threads i deeply sorry for my any undelebratly action ,but after getting success , i am very happy.
