Support site problems, urgent attention - GSM-Forum

SIR, i am abkle to login into the support area successfully..
but the problem is that after clicking on the dct-4 folder it takes some time for loading bt does not loads anything....
Whenever, i am tryin to download any bb5 files, by searching for product code or even manually browsing to the firmaware files, i am able to see the list of firmware files, bt when i click on the files for downloading, the screen goes black with the message that"done but with errors on the page !!"

SIR, i have tried downloading files from different suppoprt mirrors at different times with different broadband connections, bt the problem remains the same !!!

Sir, i cannot operate on a single phone without flash files...
m helpless...

Sir, kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues with support site as soon as possible...
