Synchronize Files not working ? (SOLVED)

when Click "Synchronize Files" nothing happened so what is problem and how to fix it ?

if u used rev 1.8, then no worries... all files already updated, the sync button is disabled. i read it somewhere here or else.

sync files is working today. twice do it and all done.

Definitions file is identical and up to date, no need an update.
