you can so closed server hti unlocking iphone and get work at nokia,alcatel,htc,..........

iphone 3gs operator US AT & T Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island. ordered unlock mx-key on at & t. came the answer "status: UNLOCKED Please connect your iPhone to iTunes to complete unlock process. "but itunes says that the Internet phone is locked. imei cheek checked the status of another service, the status is locked. but with a sim card at & t usa phone is activated through ituns. I do not understand at & t usa and US AT & T Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island different operators? if so why the phone runs on the sim at & t usa? and if different then where you can get the code because all only at & t usa.
