please help me i have two 7210 set it has contact service problem which i have make rpl and pm backup and then full erased and then flash with lower version and then it is ok so i write back rpl to set so when i on the set it shows only nokia and off so i flash with latest version then also same problem so please tell me what to do next

you have full rpl? imei is ok?

Full flash your mobile with upto date version or restore pm or go to IMEI rebuild and write Rpl

Have no idea to do this - evem MX-Key application say - avoid downgrade - anyway - you can't put back 308 field ( part from RPL ) to lower version ...

It's 1-st thing that you can know downgraded phone...

The best way now is:

1. Erase phone again.
2. Flash it with latest version ( must be same or highner that original one ). Phone must be power on local / test mode with empty IMEI ...
3. Write now good full PM ( can search here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=711296 ).
4. Write original PM field 120 and 308.
5. Write back stored IMEI certificates.
All must be fine... ( if you have NPC and 308 correct saved )... If no !!! then procedure will fail in point 4. and 5. and must be maded like follow:

in case of wrong SIM-lock data:
4. write NPC data back.
5. Use procedure from: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...36&postcount=1

That's all ...
