This is just for rebuild The certs for SL3 with new RPL from any Server or its backuped RPL, not a solution for repairing Cert damaged phones.

yes, "only" rebuild sl3 security.
but as i know, no other 3rd party box can do this.
except the original nokia tool like FPS-10 or FPS-21 can do this,
also u must have "tucson login"

ps.
for other people, i don't try it yet with backup RPL, but somehow it's must be possible to restore as long u have "normal backup" RPL.

i get some RPL several weeks ago when RPL server are open.
today all of RPL server that i know is closing their service again.
