bro. may be hardware, give some heat to flash ic & try reflash may solve yours.

Try to use other USB port, and make sure you have a FULLY charged battery.
If still the same error, use FBUS cable to flash.
If still the same error, start to open the phone, check for any possible HW damage.
Most case is bad soldered flash chip.
