For analysis only When to write RPL or When to Change UEM IC

1.READ ASK IMEI

You may to cross-check w/ IMEI STICKER If small different

EXAMPLE like this :

UEM Imei : 31078020147845
STICKER Imei: 35078020147845

that mean any problem w/ HARDWARE, mostly UEM. and must change UEM NOT Write RPL
Bcz UEM IMEI has changed.

OTP (One Time Programable)= that Mean UEM IMEI area, just one times to write, NO MORE.
actually RPL just write IMEI on the FLASH iC only, if UEM has IMEI (NOT EMPTY).
If UEM empty (NEW UEM), mean RPL writen on UEM area adn FLASH IC area.
