unable to read sha nokia c3

AFTER MANY TRY I CANT READ THE SHA FILES OF 2 NOKIA C3.
IT IS SAME HAPENNING ON MY 2 COMPUTER ONE WITH XP OS AND THE SECOND WIN7.
bEFORE I READ SOME C3 SHA WITHOUT PROBLEM.
i UPDATE THE PHON E TO HIGH VERSION 8.63 BUT NO ISSUE.
PLEASE HELP
