I have not used my MX-Key in a long time and now says this when i do the "Sign Application" Button

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C084CBEC] is BLOCKED (case id=0xCC02)
please contact your reseller to fix the problem.

Any ideas what happen'? Many thanx in advance
