unlock not possible?

can i know the problem with swisscom? if all swisscom can't unlock or only this one and some other phones? can i submit other swisscom or no?

yes i know but what i want to know is if i order from an order server can i unlock it or no? or the problem is temporary only and i can submit it again .?

If you have time and money to spare, you can try with other server if
you want, but, I am 99% sure they also CAN NOT unlock it.

yes i have and i'm working with other servers, just i want to know the problem with this phone because it's my first order with you. thank you for you answer

Thx for answer. I have added one to your server and form 3 days i see pending. Why you not refound credits if you cant unlock at the moment?

It is not me who refund your credits. It is the operator and/or the supplier of
this service who do this in our servers, he have special button for this.
If can not be unlocked you will be refunded for sure.

Thx for answer i Hope supplier will push button soon... 4 days pending, and if I try to cancel by me software want to take 5 credits because that 5 credits is not so munch but if problem is not in me then why to pay this?

Our services are very clear and I consider them one of the best in this area.
You are old in gsmunlocking business and I am sure you know how to handle
your customers when they come to your shop.

I just can give you this advice for future how you can do with your customers:
Charge them 1 usd just for take the job , even if phone is unlocked or not.
This is called "Service Charge" what is not refundable.
99% of them will accept this because iPhone is an expensive phone and
they simply do not care for this 1-2 usd.
