i have also uninstall mx bey setup but same problam....

If your box is working fine, there is no need to update it once more.
You have already 00.50

but my it problam how to solve i change my com port but same problam

hi,
to all who have this kind message, please read again previous post one and previous post two.
- move to other USB port on rear.
do not use any HUB.
- and if you still see that message, you can you can ignore the message and work as usual

see, this is green on a correct USB port

I have installed mx key last week and it was working good ,but today i tried to load the software but there was no green icon then i uninstall and intall the software but nothing happend every time i getting virus alert and still i cannot see the green .exe icon .please help me ,how to install and run my software again .

Celltech,
I suspect that your mobileex is eaten by your anti virus program. Please add mobileex dir and all mobileex application to your anti virus trusted application list / exclusion list.
