URGENT!!!! NEW mxbox not booting any phone (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

i bought a new mxbox today. installed 3.5rev 1.5....updated HTI, synocrised file everytime i try to scan or buscheck the phone,mxbox cannot detect either DCT4 or BB5 phone.. phone displays test/local mode but software unable to boot...

while usbflashing perfectly works..plz help me..

maybe problem with cables, which cables U use? Compatible ufs/jaf cables

i use mx box updated with cables gpg 10 pin with tmax box as adapter and it all works fine

try uninstall mobileEx and install again because software 3.5 ver 1.5 works fine

A DEVICE ATTACHED TO SYSTEM IS NOT FUNCTIONING

where r the product managers. plz help me..i m not able to use hti for the first time..

You need to update HTI.

u have to try this method if no other solution,

- post screen shot of device manager
- post full logs when doing buscheck, don't cut.

Here are the info that u asked for sir:
In every condition phone shows local mode or test mode but software unable to boot it..here is a nokia 6300 for example.it boots well on other devices but not in mx..

Amazing thing is that usb flashing works fine but when i connect hti box it doesnt work...plz help me sir i have no idea!!!!!!!!
